We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager who will be in charge of overseeing the all aspects of the company’s marketing efforts. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying new customers, managing and executing lead generation efforts, and creating promotions. You will also be tasked with developing plans to stay within the budget, grow revenue, and capture data for ROI. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer to provide analytics, strategy, present concepts for approval. 

To be a successful hire, you will need prior experience with Hubspot, creating and executing marketing campaigns and strategies, as well asexecuting online marketing and social media strategy. A bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration is a must, with at least 5-7 years experience.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating and executing a marketing strategy.
  • Directing, planning and implementing marketing efforts.
  • Communicating the marketing plan.
  • Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.
  • Building brand awareness and positioning.
  • Identifying new customers.
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
  • Creating promotions with advertising events.
  • Marketing for company PTE Events, trade shows, webinars, radio shows, etc.
  • Developing and executing each marketing campaign from start to finish.

Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • Hubspot experience or willingness to learn it at accelerated pace
  • Bachelor degree or master degree in marketing, business administration with a minimum of 5-7 years experience.

Experience with implementing online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
